RETURNS POLICY

Please read all product descriptions carefully, taking notice of sizes and colour notes. Products are photographed in natural light however computer monitors, screens and the way lighting interacts with our natural fabrics can cause colours to look a little different in person. Hand-dyed goods are subject to markings and colour shifts which cannot be avoided and these will not warrant a return or exchange.

If you would like to cancel or change your order please get in touch as soon as possible and we will do our best to help. Changes and cancellations can only be made prior to shipping.

Exchanges

 We take the utmost pride in the products we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, in the first instance, please notify us as soon as possible or no later than 14 days from the date you received you parcel and we will do the best to resolve the issue and provide you a return address. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your returned item/s must be received by us within 30 days from purchase date, unused and in the same condition that you received it along with the original packaging.

We will issue an exchange or store credit upon proof of purchase (receipt), less the original shipping cost. No shipping costs are refunded.  We do not offer exchanges or store credits for 'change of mind' or if you decide not to use an item purchased.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order is damaged or faulty, please notify us as soon as possible or no later than 14 days from the date you received your parcel and we will send you a return satchel.   Your return needs to reach us no less than 30 days after purchase date to be considered. Once the return is received and inspected, we will then send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved the refund will be processed less shipping costs and will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Custom ordered or personalised items

All custom/bespoke sales are final and no refunds, store credits or exchanges will be considered unless there was an error on our part. Custom orders are made to meet the specific needs of each client therefore custom orders are non-returnable/refundable.

Printed items: Please double check the digital proof emailed to you for all spelling and text details if you have purchased a custom order. Colours are depicted as close to possible within the restraints of computer monitors, photography and printing methods. You will receive a digital proof to sign off of your design before your item is sent to print. Acceptance of the digital proof releases Her Beautiful Mess from indemnity unless there is a manufacturing error or fault on our part where we will replace the item, time permitting or consider a refund. Colour variations are excluded from 'manufacturing error'. Customer errors such as miss-spellings of names or incorrect dates are not our responsibility. 

Returns Shipping

With the exception of damaged or faulty items, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $80, we recommend considering using a trackable shipping service as proof of receipt or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
